provide vitamins and minerals that we need for good health. So, don't skip your
breakfast and punctually take the healthy breakfast.

recommend that use fruits in your daily routine to remain healthy. Eat at least
five portions of variety of fruits in every day. You can also use fruit like
banana in your breakfast. May be, you can drink fruit juices. The consumption of
fruits fulfills the need of vitamins in human body.
